where was homeostasis, the menstrual cycle and drugs??!

MegggJenkins for that question I answered sweat and urine for liquids… is that right?

What did you write for that question? i wrote ions were lost in sweat through the skin, and urine through the kidneys

Yeah pretty sure that’s perfect!

@Rk that’s correct because urine is related to the kidneys

Wait, was it about ions or water? I thought it was about ions (so put urine and kidneys, sweat and skin) but everyone at my school said it was water

#AQABiology When you realise you spent hours revising the menstrual cycle and drugs but you get asked why Darwin was drawn as a monkey😂

Alina Grig you’ll get a mark for that

I don’t do AQA, but I swear they’ve fucked up in biology every year. Remember last year, that sounded shit. :/

I got an A in my biology in 2016. Guess I know a lot about rotting benches and incest….

hopefully my GCSE coming up Aint like that. id kms 🙂

Is this where i start again gcse maths???

Is that it??

@AbdulMoiz the difference between the upper and lower boundaries of any class

Is this for foundation aswell?

Antoine Griezmann that’s what i wanna know

I just noticed that the foundation topics end at 50:36

does this have suvats for ocr ? thanks

Nihongo – Sama

Aren’t suvats A-level physics?

What did Everybody get for the 1st question on the B1 paper today??

Hozat34 5000 arbitary units

Jordan White It was HOW MUCH WAS LOST!! Not gained so its 5000, i asked my teacher and she said it was 5000

REAL ALEX HUNTER thanks , I was not sure and now I know gl fur chemistry

that’s a bit rude but okay

Laura Wiles idk it said how many attributery units there were

Watching this video makes me realise how much one has to learn at GCSE.

Biology was a really nice exam today! Even had a comprehension about Olympics : ) Shame boundaries will be high. Thanks for the help.

Am I the only one who flopped biology? Yh? okay … well great!

Laila Love no me too everyone is saying it was easy and im panicking!!

wtf everyone in my school found it so easy, I’m so glad I was not the only one who found it kinda hard. That means grade boundaries will be lower.

You are my saviour 😂 I’m so bad at maths

ItsMeGeekTamara fj7

Maths Explained for All By Rekha K vector proofs please

Waiting for that person who puts them time stamps, anyone?

They gave us 1870 memes instead of biology questions.. quality

that was one of the easiest exam questions ever witnessed

oliver jeffery I know, it was basically a question that handed out free marks. I would be overjoyed if that question comes up on mine.

Wait wtf are you on about.

Where can I find the free revision guide ??

omg im soo happy you made this video thx so much

Messed up biology so much and everyone’s chatting about it being easy. There goes my chances of being able to do a level physics because you need an a

Sufyan hope for me yet😂

How did you do? Did u get to do physics?

what grade did u get? (1 year later)

Jamie Vardy sorry if am 1 year late but for you to tell someone to fail is BS considering your spelling is as crap as hell YOU will or should be the one to fail. I don’t give a damn if you’re dyslexic or have trouble spelling because either way you shouldn’t be saying that to people bye👋👋 !!

Imane Pink your grammar is shocking as well tbf.

So who’s gonna do us a godly favor and do the time stamps?

who can’t wait for her chemistry video?

Only!!😂😂😂

I actually wanna cry was so focused on bio completely fogot I had a maths ecam

Niamh Gunn spelling

How did you do on your English papers?

Ur rude

@Candy B LOOOL the disrespect 😂😂

THANK YOU SO MUCH THIS IS A LIFESAVER

Ms.Kitten, you are a G O D

At 1:14:21, you have put 7 zeros after the 1, it should be 6 and that is 1 million, NOT 10 million. Cheers.

+Reg F Harding good spot! Thanks!

You are welcome. Good video by the way and apart from saying stine instead of sine, I think that was the only other ‘error’ in a video over 2 hours long, which is pretty good going. You did say 6 zeros by the way and then wrote 7 or is it the ‘C’ cm? and then, due to doing a video of such length, (not a criticism at all), just, being human, did not notice/misread Cm for 0m.

Well done. I do really like your videos and I can see how much effort you put into everything and so quickly too. Impressive! 🙂

where were the graphs tho

If I’m on higher tier should I watch whole video or just the higher tier topic bits

+TheTriple Whammy all of it!!!

Is this for foundation or higher?

+I have Jimin’s jams both, time stamps in comments!!

for the surds couldn’t you do 2×3 which = 6 and sqr 5 x sqr 5 which cancles out to make whole number 5 and 6×5=30? love your video’s by the way sooooo helpful.

Me adding this to watch later cos i know i aint gunna do shit until wednesday night and panic.

The whole GCSE in 2 hours when the whole course is 2 years, thank u!

This is so me 😂😂 good luck for tomorrow

This gonna squeeze this in after doing 4 hours of English and 3 hours of p1. This week is so hard coz they all matter ffs😂

I wish you did videos on OCR science does anyone know where I can find them?

How come you didnt do AQA?

Crαig Isrαel I didn’t choose my school does

wright science in YT does OCR GATEWAY videos babe x

Peace Mgbedike thankyouuuu x

Georgia Griffiths is ocr harder cuz its do with oxford and Cambridge

Is this video useful?

SG118 watch it and find out😌

thank you so much

your a life saver

i have a maths exam on thursday

im feeling worried

What does the | sign mean in probability?

How people in my year at school remember the trigonometry formula SOH CAH TOA = SUCK AH TOE

Amy B my school remembers it as SOH CAH TOA “silly old hitler caused awful havoc to our armys😂

Molly Green

We remember it as either ‘Suck a Toe’, ‘The Soicaitoa Tribe of South America’ or’ Silly Old Hitler Couldn’t Advance His Troops Over Africa’

Maths Non Calc tomorrow. Where is the AQA squad at?

Did you survive?

did you fail? I did, redoing it this year

Anyone here for tomorrow?

Zar Zee Bee meeeeee , I’m so scared 😭😭

Zar Zee Bee I am! but I’m in year 10 so I can resit next year

i missed revising for that one but tomorrow yea sure

SOOOOOO scared about tomorrow

squeezle Yeah…I crammed a lot last night tho 😂 Only 1 I didn’t get was the circles in the ‘Rectangle’.

the which?

squeezle Edexcel near the end of the paper?

ohhhhhh! I do AQA

man1 you nearly gave me a heart attack

squeezle Haha explains it

Why do you divide seconds to get minuets, surely it is times?

60 seconds in 1 minute, minute is smaller than seconds in the sense that 1 min is 60 seconds. To go from 60 to 1 you divide by 60… you see?

I’m doing the smiley face tomorrow

who else is here cramming lol

Tom why you always lyyyying why the heck you lyyying

Ariana Doran-Gilbert meeee

so what did u get huh

Me 😂

my asshole may not survive tomorrow’s maths exam

How much of this is foundation

*plug rose kitten

Wtf do you do when it gives you two ratios like

The ratio of plain to milk chocolates is 2:3

The ratio of milk to white chocolates is 7:2?

blackham7

Dunno, but what exactly is a plain chocolate?

Lmao I have no idea it was on one of the exam questions our teacher gave us for practice. Im curious myself now that you ask..

@blackham7

I’m joking, by the way, about how to work it out. I think you’d need numbers to begin with, but then you’d add 2 and 3 (5) and then work from there.

_t h e n g o e a t s o m e p l a i n c h o c o l a t e_

does anyone know the time for the vectors?! – I can’t find it

man, i wish i new how easy maths was sooner, i thought maths was hard and always gave up on it. X(

Thank you you’re a math saviour, i started struggling in maths this year, i used to get Bs in year 10 but now i get Es. i don’t know where the questions simply got harder or it’s the new GCSES and i’ve no time to learn now. i feel like maths is just common sense and logic with a bit of rules but even if i learn it i manage to get it wrong.

I’m mostly shit at maths because my academic common sense is absolutely shit and it goes through one ear and out the other.

**cough**

Maths.

Well I’m failing my maths GCSE…

Tomorrow is when my maths exam literally finishes me off with a fatality…

lol i wanna know if you failed ?

Eleanor Oakes when did you get so stupid

i hate maths

why did i only find this vid at midnight when my exam’s tomorrow n i have to be up at 6

I’m gonna smash this test. 😎😎

Edafese Erhenede how did u do?

My predicted grades are like Ds I’m not expecting much today 🙈

Can I just say a massive thankyou for you doing these videos they are really helping I think I may acc pass !!!!

coming from an IGCSE student, (0580) I just donttttt understand why everyone is freaking out over the 1-9 system. im not British (obviously since my exams are international) so we don’t have that new grading system but I just don’t understand the difference in the syllabus between ours and yours, even our exams are getting harder but like, can anyone explain or link me to an example question paper? im so curious for some reason

Vera M. They have dropped a LOT of subjects from A-Level (higher, harder education) to GCSE; the government only decided this a few years ago, so it’s been a mad rush for a lot of schools to cram all of the old subjects in, _along with_ the new stuff too.

the standard form question would be 2.7914 x 10^7 not just 2.7 x 10^7

I guess I’m the only one here doing the CCEA T6 paper on Friday 2nd June :,(

THANK YOU!!!!!!

My head hurts from watching someone do the maths for me …let alone do it myself for a hour and half😣

In the standard form section (12:03) , surely it should be 2.7194 multiplied by 10 to the power of seven?

omg im so scared next week is my exam i hope i don/t fail

I respect that 2hrs

is this the june2017 help aswell

Revision the day before the first Calc paper is complete. Feeling confident after answering multiple past papers and understanding everything in this video 🙂

Who’s here for tomorrow? 😂

I did no revision but this and I will get a 6 or a 7 :/

can u explain more about requiring decimals please

but these lessons are very helpful

at 31’45”, 6sqrt(6)/2sqrt(6) = 3, not 3sqrt(6)

at: 1:14:30

Note that 1000000 is 1,000,000, not 10,000,000 (as you wrote 10,000,00, you explained that 1m_cubed is 10 million cm_cubed, it was easy to miss typo style error, as your “cm” the letter “c” looked very much like a zero because the background graph is making it a bit fuzzy to see).

I actually understood this. THANKS! 😉

I knew this shit but I’m going to revise it again and thanks

She didn’t explain some of this enough though :c

its 2 hours long… look the topic up if you really wanna know

Maths Non Calc tomorrow. Where is the AQA squad at?

This is really help full i love it thank you soo much 👌👌

WHERE ARE THE VECTORS?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!??!?!?!?!??!

Nice one this is good

Check conversion centimetres cubed to metres cubed at 1hr 13mins.

Its one million to convert not ten million.

+Thomas Rennie thanks for pointing that out, I say one thing and write down another thing!

If I was to revise all this what grade would I get including higher tier XX

+LittleFashionForever you’ll need to do lots practice and application if you want to get a high grade in maths!!

Thanks because I’m doing Higher boundary for GCSE . 😁

Very informative revision for the summer

+Umair Ahmad 😀

Am going into year 9 but am bored and want to see how much I already know 😂😂😂

The part where you say for foundation appear that’s it. Does that mean there the only topics I need to learn??

No, refer to the pinned comment at the tap for time-stamps.

It goes by sections, eg foundation for algebra, next is higher algebra. Then geometry foundation, then geometry higher.

You’re a life saver! I love you 😀

Anyone getting in early revision ahead of the resit?

Thank you thankyouthankyouthankyouthankyou

31:47 6.sq.6/2.sq.6 = 3

@1:12:11 Why did it go from cm^3 to m^3, shouldn’t it remain the same..?

@Science and Maths by Primrose Kitten

I’m just a Year 9 and I have to watch this cuz my dad wants me to

Same here

thank you so much this really helped me

19:06 – Lowest Possible Value is -5.49 recurring and the Highest Possible Value is 3.49 recurring. Not -5.5 because, as you said, that rounds up to 6 and 3.4 is simply not the lowest. It’s 3.49 recurring.

nope. I was thought this recently and you basically round the recurring to x.5

21:39 Error, 1/12 is 0.083333 not 0.83333

+Kawaii Gamer the 3s go on for infinity

I’m talking about there not being a zero before the 8, not the amount of 3’s

Can you do one for WJEC higher?

The exam boards are so similar this covers wjec as well

Science and Maths by Primrose Kitten thanks

who even does WJEC mate i feel sorry for you

Boring I’m in year 5

wizard 8 lucky bro

Just wait 6 years. You’ll be shitting yourself.

MATHS MOC ON TUESDAY LADS

anyone got a timestamp for matrices?

i fell asleep😭

if a learn all the foundation in this video could I get an c

no, maths is all about practice – do as much as you can, take this knowledge and apply it

Do you recommend I should watch this first and then revise in practice in more detail? Bearing in mind I have 1 month before the exam

thats a great plan, watch this to get an overview then practice as much as you can!!

Are there any practice questions for each topic?

there will be soon!

Thank you so much! The is so useful❤️

Hi Merlin Tobias, I’m really happy I could help you out 🙂 let me know if there is anything else I can do!

Where is rationise the denominator?

I found this comment completly on accedent lol

Excellent video

Can u be my teacher please please please please please

skrr popopopop I’m redoing year 10 coz of maths.

18:37 idk what she meant, she says it would round down to -6. but she still put it to her lowest possible?? someone help explain pls

I have a non calculator test on Monday and I really hope this will get me at least a grade 5. 🙂

change the video speed options to x2 …. the whole of GCSE 9-1 Maths in only 1 hour!!

Are you sure that’s all because I’m pretty sure you miss out lots of topics for higher tier I.e direct and inverse

not trying to be dramatic but I would sacrifice my first newborn for this video

thanx alot

Already done mocks (got a 7!) but why not ?

this could b me im bad at maths but to get from 1m to 1 cm is not x10 its devide by 10 right? because isnt 1meterX10= 10 meters? same goes for the other conversion in 15:35

What…i did my mocks last week and schools are doing them now?

is this calculator too?

Fantastic in a short time

Subscribe please new channel going to cover the whole of the maths GCSE 9–1 specification by March

Great! Already done my maths exams in November though😂😂😂

I’m doing my gcse in 2018, really stressed with it as I’m very bad at maths, trying to revise is a big struggle this is definitely helping me

Hiya, can you please do more videos specifically on the Foundation paper please. I find that all your videos cover topics but I would love a whole video dedicated just to what’s on the foundation paper.

Thank you

I bought your flash cards online but when I printed them, they were all in the wrong order…. are you aware of this problem???

You need to set them to print back to back on the short edge, then they should come out correctly!

Thank you so much for this!

thank you alot you are Awesome you save my life

so helpful!

20:02 ignore this bookmark

is this similar to the igcse edexcel spec?

very similar!

To remember trigonometry: Silly Old Hitler Couldn’t Advance His Troops Over Africa

When are foundation meant to stop watching bc you told them they’re done after like 5 points in the video

Wow this is really helpful thanks x

This was really helpful thank you

Starting revision now, hope it goes well in May :blob_sweat_emoji:

for dividing fractions easy thing to remember is KFC keep (the first fraction the same),flip (the fraction to the other way around),Change (the symbol to x)

Thank you 🙏

21:43 – error, 0.083333…. is 1/12, not 0.83333…..

Not saying this stuff ain’t helpful though, really, thanks.

P.S I think, rather than memorising them, working out fractions of recurring decimals is better.

i.e 0.083333….. to fraction

-> x = 0.083333…..

-> 100x = 8.333…..

-> 1000x = 83.333….

-> 900x = 75 (subtract the previous step, from the one before)

-> x = 75/900

-> x = 3/36 (divide by 25)

-> x = 1/12

//Just saying, but I do think this is a far better method

I nearly got depression over that equation you needed to solve, and then heard that it may be unsolvable

Thank the Lorde and saviour for this video it saved my arse

“We have a few more bits to go “ 1 hour 40 mins left LMAO

Does this cover absolutely everything or is there some things that aren’t covered

https://youtu.be/K6d4oOq-pmU

I’m so glad I’ve found this and I’m watching it now instead of the night before aha, if any year 11s are reading this, you may think it’s not time to be revising but trust me it is this video does help and there are parts in it where I have learnt what I can’t already do thank you so much ❤️

OHHHH MMMMYYY GOOOODDDD THANKKKKKYOUUUU SOOOO MUCHHHH!!! AHHHHH YOURE THE BEST!!! THANKKKKSSS!!

Is there just a list of all of this, please ?

hi Megan, you can get my free revison guide from my website, https://www.primrosekitten.com/collections/all it has checklist covering all the bits you need to know, thousands of questions, key words, crosswords, units and ion for you to learn.

why would you post a video about maths nerdsssssssssss

43:17 Um. I did elimination but got totally different to you Primrose. I did times the first equation by three and the second one by two leaving me with 6x + 3y = 21 and 6x – 2y = 16. I eliminated the xs and got the answer y = 5. I substituted it into both equations and got x = 1. Have I done this wrong?

The best way to test if you’ve done it wrong or not is to feed it back into the equation.

If x=1 and y=5, then 2x+y = 2*1+5 = 2+5 = 7 and 3x-y = 3*1-5 = 3-5 = -2 =/= 8

The second equation should equal 8, but with your numbers it equals -2, so your numbers are incorrect.

Your mistake here was in how you eliminated your equations: you needed to subtract the second equation from the first equation, and I believe you got mixed up and added (don’t forget that subtracting a subtraction is an addition).

What you should have done from that point was the following:

1) 6x + 3y = 21

2) 6x -2y =16

line 1) – line 2); 6x – 6x = 0x

3y – – 2y = 3y + 2y = 5y

21 – 16 = 5

Therefore line 1) – line 2) equals 0x + 5y = 5, so 5y = 5, so y = 1. From here, you can substitute that into the equation to find the value of x, which is 3.

Im in year 8😂 and im looking at this now🤦🏽♀️🤦🏽♀️😂😂👌👌thanks for this amazing stuff please keep making videos like these they help way too much. Liked. Subbed. Turned on bell. THANKYOUU💕💕😂👌

Thanks Primrose Kitten! I don’t know what I would have done without your support.

I have my final set of mocks in 2 days and this honestly just saved my higher tier entry holy shit

My children have a few years before they take their gcse exams. They are homeschooled and this will help me get them prepared. thankyou very much for this video 🙂

Aahhghhh why couldn’t this exist last year? This would have knocked my C up to at least a B!

i like chicken

here is a quick summary EHEHEH

very helpful tho so thanks

I’m doing further and additional maths this year as well as this Gsce, but I’m still watching this video to make sure. I’m really nervous

21:30 the fraction 1/12 is equivalent to 0.083, not 0.83 🙂

Brilliant! Thank you SO much 😊

Where is the sin rule and cosine rule?

everyone ready for GCSE’s hahahaha

kill me..

Where is the link for the fraction flash cards??

Hi, if you want to download any of the resources I have written to help you get the best grade you can in your exam, then visit my website https://www.primrosekitten.com/collections select which bits you need and add them to cart. Then just follow the checkout process. No payment is taken for the free items, adding them to your cart and checking out just allows the system to automatically send out links.

You will automatically receive two e-mails, the second one from Fetch contains a download link. You can just click on this link and the pdf will start to be download automatically.

The advantage to downloading it from Fetch, is that you will be automatically updated if I need to make any changes to the document.

If you want more than one thing you should consider the Science or Math discount bundles and save yourself some money

Im studying igcse by watching a gcse video im a genius

you made a mistake a 21:42, which was 1/12, which is 0.083(recurring-3), not 0.83(recurring-3)

Hi Aman Ghumman, thanks for pointing that out!

Hi Imogen, you should have automatically received two e-mails, the second one from Fetch contains a download link. You can just click on this link and the pdf should start to be download automatically.

The advantage to downloading it from Fetch, is that you will be automatically updated if I need to make any changes to the document.

If you can’t find the second e-mail, try checking your spam folder, or searching your inbox. If you think you’ve deleted it by mistake or can’t find the email, please get back in contact with me.

hi monkeydoo, good luck in your exam!!

Good luck monkeydoo fingers crossed!!

Anyone hyped for tomorrows exam

I’m keeping all my fingers crossed for you, good luck S4 KarNage!!

S4 KarNage shutup

For 1:08:34 how come you divided the 6 by 2

are the bars on the bar chart you drew meant to be touching? i just wondered cus i thought they didnt, thanks for this btw so helpful got my gcse higher maths tomorrow non calc 🙂

what do you need to learn for paper 1

Non calculator topics, anything can come up in the papers there are no specific chapters like Science

I believe that at 31:50 you stated that 6 root 6 / 2 root 6 = 3 root 6 which is incorrect. Putting the values in a calculator proves this. 6 root 6 / 2 = 3 root 6. By your method 6 root 6 / 1 root 6 would equal 6 root 6, effectively proving root 6 ( and any other number square rooted) is equal to 1 which is not correct. I hope this helps.

21:48… 1/12 = 0.83 🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔

anyone else got math tomorrow?

Hi ZachDJ2002, good luck for tomorrow, I hope all the good questions come up for you!

Thank youuu!

Is the video split up into different papers or is it random cause I need paper 1?

thanks

It can cover any topic from the specification, but take a logical look at the topics that they’re most likely to ask for a non-calc

Any topics can come up on any paper!

Samuel Revision thanks!

Science and Maths by Primrose Kitten thanks for the video.

Lol can this teach me everything for tomorrows exam?????

Hi Megan, this video is a short summary and can never cover everything in a much depth as you go into in class (full explanation https://youtu.be/K6d4oOq-pmU ) If you want to make sure you’ve covered all the bits you need the I suggest you watch this in combination with using my FREE revision guide available on my website https://www.primrosekitten.com/collections I’ve rewritten the specification and it clearly shows you everything you need to know.

Science and Maths by Primrose Kitten for 12:15 it’s wrong the correct answer would be 2.7914 times 10^7 OR 2.8 times 10^7 as 2.7914 gets rounded UP

Apart from that great video

The cycle continues

Revising on the day here lmao

been revising for 4 hours today and now I’m fed up of maths

Hi TommyMTB, Good luck with your exam I’m keeping all my fingers crossed for you! Please come back and let me know how you get on!

Good luck everyone for tomorrow.

I’m so nervous for the higher exam tomorrow good luck everyone, these videos are so helpful!

Tepsi buddy u bout to die in higher

Is it bad I’m starting this at midnight with maths at 9am

late revision squad where you at

You’re really helpful! thanks!

gotta retake my maths exam tomorrow. haven’t been revising since i first started college this year; i pray this helps me.

around 1 hour 21 mins it goes over compound interest. an easier way to work it out on a calculator is, for example 4 year compound interest of 4% on 500£, to do this all you would need to do is 500×1.04 to the power of 4. 1 being = to 100%

Thank you for all your videos but you can’t say “quick video” when it’s 2 hours. I know considering how much there is to cover it is quick. Just saying

You just contradicted yourself lol

your explanation for multiplying surds is horrible its just 3×2=6 and root 5 x root 5= 5 then 5 x 6 = 30

Who woke up early to watch this?

MelodyElodie Yep

Morning of the exammm

How do i understand nearly everything here but still manage to fail

Tayyiba Choudhury that probably means you have the knowledge but you struggle to read exam questions and figure out what questions are asking

Non calc today bois

Good luck today everyone!

I need a miracle to pass maths 😩

Some quick revision on some topics that I forgot for today’s maths paper

I’m absolutely shitting it for today lads

Well… it wasn’t THAT bad *sweats nervously*

Tbh, this shit was kinda trash, better stick to sciences women

12:11 just a question, isn’t it supposed to become 2.8 x 10^7 as there is a 9 after the 7 in 27914000? I have a level 2 exam in a week and I’m pretty nervous

On 30 May I have my math Gcse o level exam. Please pray for me!

Bless you!!! I’ve been behind with school work due to health reasons and this will help me out so much!! 💜

Hi Watch Me Do, Good luck with your exams I’m keeping all my fingers crossed for you! Please come back and let me know how you get on!

Haven’t been to school for a year so imagine how hard it is for me!

Hi prim I know I’ve failed my first exam are there any techniques I should use over the holidays to really bring the other tests up so my overall grade isn’t as low , any help would be appreciated .thanks you

Thank you so much for these videos. They’re really helpful!! Hope all my hard work pays off in the end😊😌

Is this all the papers or only 1

All

she has over complicated some of these bits, using A-level methods too which you don’t get taught at GCSE unless you are doing further maths. Still good to recap everything though.

Which topics are for non calculator edexcel ? Or is it all of them

At 18:45, shouldn’t the lowest possible value be -5.4 since -5.5 would round to -6?

I’m pretty sure in aqa we have to know the higher tier stuff in this video. I guess it’s different to edexel

this video really helped me a lot thanks

Sorry to say but this is all too basic

Hi Josh, this video is a short summary and can never cover everything in a much depth as you go into in class (full explanation https://youtu.be/K6d4oOq-pmU ) If you want to make sure you’ve covered all the bits you need the I suggest you watch this in combination with using my FREE revision guide available on my website https://www.primrosekitten.com/collections I’ve rewritten the specification and it clearly shows you everything you need to know.

watch it at faster than 1x if you wanna be quicker

Very good revision video but personally I find what she does at 20:44 too complicated. 2√5 *3√5 = (2*3)*(√5*√5) = 6*5 = 30

THIS IS REALLY HELPING ME ACHIEVE THE GRADES I WANT

THANKS!!!

Maths tomoz!!!!!!

gcse maths tomorow

50:54 dont know why this made me laugh

Is this for paper 2 as well?

If you leave some thing to last minute it will only take a minute to do 🙂

Crushed my hopes after those 2 hours when this is my only revision and she said it wasn’t enough

arghhh maths gcse tommorow. thanks soooo much! 🙂

who doing math paper tomorrow?

For dividing fractions rememberKCF (keep change flip).

1. You keep the first fraction as it is, you leave it alone.

2. You flip the symbol so the opposite of divide is multiplication.

Then you flip the last fraction so 1/2 would become 2/1.

Eg. 1/2 divided by 3/5 would be

1/3 multiplied by 5/3 which would be 5/3 following the miltiplication rule (multiplying across the top and multiplying across the bottom)

5/9

You DESRVE a medal fr

SEX ON HARD CONCRETE ALWAYS HURTS THE ORGASMIC AREAS !

You put 10 million as the scale factor for cubic centimetres to cubic metres, but I think you read the ‘c’ as an extra 0 because it should be 1 million 😛

+_+

This helped so much! I wish I’d have found your channel earlier! You’ve earned a subscriber 😘

So helpful, life saver

Just wanted to clarify that at 1:14:32 ish 100 x 100 x 100 = 1,000,000 rather than 10,000,000. This video and all of your other videos have been so helpful so thank you very much! : )

I am so grateful for this video. Having all the content in one place being explained in examples is extremely useful. Thank you so much for these.

Thank you….!

Saved my life.

OutTheBox am currently taking a past paper, seems a bit easy atm would you say they are quite similar to recent past papers

OutTheBox am currently taking a past paper, seems a bit easy atm would you say they are quite similar to recent past papers?

Games n stuff__ __ I did the aqa one, it was much easier than pearson I found. It just depends, good luck!

This 2 hour video turned into 6 hours for me cause I constantly stopped it to make notes😂😂😂😂

I’m not doing a GCSE test anytime soon but because i’m stupid and my math test is coming so ..

21:29 for that surds question couldn’t you also do:

2×3 which is 6

root 5 x root 5 which is 5

then do 6×5 which also gets you to 30?

just wondering plus this method looks like a quicker method!!?? love you video by the way thumbs up👍😍😍

Year 10 squad doing AQA or Edexcel maths revising for their mocks (i do Edexcel) where are you??!! I know i am not alone

In a bar chart the bars don’t touch am i right or wrong??

Cheers boss

I’m homeschooled, my mum came across you and thought you were a great teacher. So I gotta write down everything in this video in my maths book and my GCSE’s are next year

I’ve got a question, do you teach WJEC subjects?

When you have a science and maths exam paper tomorrow and your revising now 😓

52:06 why times by 4

Because we are dividing by 4, and to cancel it out we multiply by 4.

I came looking for new memes

at 19.00 maybe there was one mistake ..lowest value is -5 not -5.5 ..greater than -5 is -4.9 ..in that inequality greater than or equal -5 we take -5 as alowest value ..Could anyone have another opinion please?

at 31.37 the result is 3 not 3 square root 6..right or not

I think your right saying her answer is wrong, to divide a surd you must divide separately. The answer to the actual question is 3, and when you divide 6 by 2 you get 3 and then the surds square root 6 by square root 5 it gives square root 1. So overall we get an answer of 3 times square root 1, which is 3. If you want to make sure your right, you could make the surd into just a square root rather than a number then a square root. In this question it would be 6 square root 6 turning into square root 36 times 6, which is 216. then we do the same with the numerator, returning a fraction which gives square root 9 which is 3. Hope that helped.

Your literally amazing❤

She said it was a quick summary but the video was 2 hours long!

But i’m sure you must’ve gone through much more you did in the few years in school. Right?

Think I failed the first one, I would define which numeral system we will use. Can be funny using hexadecimal, or even a 42 one 🤗

But that is clearly a good point. If I make binary maths does not means that it is false. The reasoning matters the most. 😂

So basically it is more a grammar test than maths 👍Thank you.

at 18.45 -5.5 rounds up to -6 but x value is either -5 or above. how can -5.5 be considered the lowest possible value when it is out of bounds?

Because x is either less than or equal to 5 but 4 is strictly less than 4 meaning it isn’t allowed to be able to round to 4. However -5 is equal to or less than meaning it is able to round to 5.

I’m only 8 mins into the video and can alrdy tell that this is going 2 help me so much. I’m in yr 9 going 2 yr 10 in 2 weeks and I am so scared for these next 2 yrs. hopefully this channel will rlly help me😊😊

Hey guys my gcse are this year and i want to get a head start because im not a fast learner, anyway my question is what is this video focusing on will the things in the video be on every gcse test??? Thanks in advance.

Helped me a lot 👍

Back for resit sake

I’m 25 and doing my maths GCSE for the fifth time this year to get a C (or level 4 , I believe) as I want to be a teacher. Me and maths have never been the best of friends but this has really helped me. You’re very clear and precise. Makes it a lot easier to understand. Thank you so much for this! ❤️

Hi primrose

I spoke to you yesterday but unfortunately I am unable to email you back can you email me again?

Thank you for this video. 🤗it’s Helping my Autistic 10 year old daughter so much!!! She’s fantastic as maths but nervous about exams and that’s what let’s her down.

This is so good. No messing. Thank you so much for rattling through this. Big help! Xxx

I got a way of revising.

– Print an exam paper.

– Do the exam paper just like your sitting this in your actual GCSE’s or mocks under controlled conditions.

– Make sure a friend does this as well.

– Give your paper to your friend and take his/hers.

– Mark their paper and tell them what they need to improve on.

I just remembered I honestly need to thank you. I watched your videos as revision for my year 10 mocks. I did really well on my math mocks and got the highest in my class. 44 calc & 43 non-calc. So thank you so much ⚘💖💖. Got my first yr11 mock today so yeahh 😂🤷🏾♀️

I want to know the exam will be questions or basic ??

Hi Hanan, this video is a short summary and can never cover everything in a much depth as you go into in class (full explanation https://youtu.be/K6d4oOq-pmU ) If you want to make sure you’ve covered all the bits you need the I suggest you watch this in combination with using my FREE revision guide available on my website https://www.primrosekitten.com/collections I’ve rewritten the specification and it clearly shows you everything you need to know.

Great video but….. 3:46 you made a mistake. “Turn one of them” No you have to turn the second one.

My teacher told me this Memory aid:

1) STICK the first fraction (leave it)

2) SWAP change the divide into multiply

3) FLIP do the reciprocal of the other fraction (flip it)

STICK SWAP FLIP!

Is this revision will help me for 2019 gcse maths??

The multiple the denominator numbers you did not mention how you got the numbers to multiply it with???? I got lost there

I’m doing higher and I’m ready to make notes for the next two hours but after like 20 mins of work she says “if you’re doing foundation you’re done now” I was like wtf

Thank you so very much for taking the time to do this video and help everyone in need. I found this video so helpful and now Im really to have the exam. You are the best!

You did the lowest possible value wrong for inequalities its meant to be -5.4 wake up💂

IGCSE in 2 days lol just started studying

31:52 6squareroot6 over 2squareroot6 is 3!! not 3 squareroot 6

You’re incredible thank you so much!😁👍👍

Hello, I know this is an old video and you may not respond but I’m studying for my upcoming GCSE maths exam and I would highly appreciate if you could give me the link for the square root and square number flash card video as I can’t find it anywhere, Thank you.

Ps: loving the videos they really help

Hi Maria, if you want to download any of the resources I have written to help you get the best grade you can in your exam, then visit my website https://www.primrosekitten.com/collections select which bits you need and add them to cart. Then just follow the checkout process. No payment is taken for the free items, adding them to your cart and checking out just allows the system to automatically send out links. The advantage to downloading it from Fetch, is that you will be automatically updated if I need to make any changes to the document.

I JUST PASSED MY GCSE….

@Y AB Or you could of just kept this to yourself, and let them be happy?

Mr Human Not at all.. some people work their hardest towards grades like that – your best results do not apply to everyone, if they’ve tried their hardest then the most anyone can do.

Mr Human some ppl might have had issues in life, you know things can happen in life

Nice video, I loved Maths when I was at school I had to laugh at one thing you said (although I know what you meant)… On the calculator… It’s important “to learn which buttons to press in which order” 🙂

Well this is refreshing. I did O-Levels in the ’80s (got a B in Maths) so it’s traditional for me to look at modern GCSEs and moan about ‘dumbing down’. Yet 20 minutes into this video I have to hit Google to answer my question “wtf is a surd?”. The answer involves irrational numbers, something else 16-year-old me didn’t have to wrap his head around.

This pleases me.

thnx but are you sure everything is right

“quick summary”

Someone say re-sit? You bet

Any chance you could do an A Level version?

Hi Jack T, this is on my list of things to do and I promise it’s coming soon!

Hello primrose when factorising a quadratic equation(ax+bc+c) how do I know where to put the -3 and 2. 54:58

Is this dor edexcel or aqa?

They are the same!!

2:59 at 3/6 you could simplify as well as the second one to be 1/2.

so useful

God bless you

thanks this helps alot

for 12:15 it’s wrong the correct answer would be 2.7914 times 10^7 OR 2.8 times 10^7 as 2.7914 gets rounded UP

you are a life saver, thank you so much

Excedel Non-Calc tomorrow, I haven’t revised prior to this now so I’m on full damage-control mode, this is serving to be a life-saver, thanks!

Science and Maths by Primrose Kitten thank you for your response

there is a mistake at 31:37 6√6/2√6 doesn’t equal 3√6 it should just be 3

Where’d you get a pink calculator?

Remember guys, watch this video in 2x speed so it only takes 1 hour!

Plz add quadratic formula.

26:10

who else is foundation coz im a bit confused how the foundation part of the video was only 20 mins and the higher is so much longer

You have a mistake in your manipulate surds (who thought that one up – what’s wrong with irrationl?)

6sqr(6) / 3sqr(6) does not = 3sqr(6) ! It equals 2

Primrose kitten 😂👋🏼👋🏼 I need your help can I contact you somehow I’m srugglying with maths it’s the worded questions I’m bad at can you send me a link possibly to practise questions tests ect I would appreate it so much x

At 2:58, would you get a correct answer if you multiply the two different denominators together (3 and 6) to get a common denominator of 18?

The education system is fucked up

Look at the slide on 15:40

I am very confused

How can you divide by 1000 if you want to convert g to kg? Shouldn’t you be timing? And the same thing other way round, how can you times 1000 if you want to convert kg to g??

Miss, I think you got all the information other way round in that slide… or is it just me😅?

Is this applicable for Edexcel iGCSE too?

my exam is in 2 days😬😬

how’d it go

@broco Ok thanks, but missed out a few questions

Is this suitable for the new grades 1-9?

Yes!!

Is there a mistake when it comes to limits of accuracy of rounding cause 4 or less than lowest valve 5 or more than highest

Or does the number after the decimal place got to be same as the small and big number from the inqualirmty

The juicy saliva in her mouth really is music to my ears.

wtf?

Error at 21:44 1/12 = 0.083•

Who is doing tomorrow exam in Pakistan

I start my maths mock tomorrow and am watching this less than 10 hours before in the hopes that it goes in lol

There isn’t a non calc and calc paper anymore is there?

Am having trouble doing how can I better work this

I have just moved up from the foundation set to the higher set and I only have 3-4 months to prepare for higher for the actual GCSE….this video did help though so I’m thankful for that

Raphael Gorovelli do loads and loads of practice papers and youll be fine, good luck!

@amber thanks

A “quick” summary

I know this is a late video but what is an exhaustive set of outcomes d

i am only in y-7

At 20:41, wouldn’t it be easier to use the commutative law? What I mean by this is:

2√5 * 3√5

= 2 * √5 * 3 * √5

= 2 * 3 * √5 * √5

= 6 * 5

= 30

Just seems easier than going through the whole process of making all the numbers into surds.

Thank you so much this really helps! 🙂

Also does this apply to all the papers?

Yes!

Lifesaver! People like you, freesciencelessons and Mr Bruff English are the best people to come to for help!

so people who are doing foundation only have to know up to 19:10?

Hi Tom, this is a LONGGG video and I’ve divided it up into different sections, I’ve put the timings below so you can just jump to the parts you need.

Even though I’m a Year 7 Student I will a need a hard state so that i can make more progress. 🙂

Hi, I know this is a year late but DO NOT study earlier than yr 10… you NEED to really make the most of grasping what you are being taught to you now, studying that early is NOT going to help you, if anything it will make it harder for you!

I don’t understand proof. I have a book and it askes me questions like proof 25-(x-8)^2/4 = (2+x)(18-x)/4. can u explain this to me pls

I’m currently in year 10 and I know I’ll come back and see this comment the night before my year 11 gcse when I’m doing last minute revision :)))))

Got my resit for maths on a few weeks so revising for an early start

Why is ‘revising the day before’ such a trend?? Its unwise, I am revising a year before my exam!

I feel like igcse syllabus is much more complicated and your videos rnt that complicated.

thanks for all the videos.

I had a question..if I am doing higher tier maths do I need to know foundation as well?

yep, you need to watch the whole thing!!

@Science and Maths by Primrose Kitten thank you so much

I am only in yr 9 and am really scared for my gcse’s and this helped me gain an easy to understand perspective of the gcse maths syllabus

Hello, I am trying to create a community on Patreon where students can discuss Mathematics and other subjects. I will post challenging puzzles and advice for studying, exam preparation and uni admission. It only costs 1 dollar to join. I hope to do dedicate my time to this community by designing Mathematics exercises, tutoring and advising students who feel lost. Thank you for your support. https://www.patreon.com/gambitacademy

Can i use this for my IGCSEs? im doing maths 0580. Please reply ASAP, would be really helpful. 🙂

because that is foundation number the easiest of all

Thanks for such a helpful video! There is a mistake on the square numbers at 50:15 – where 27 is put instead of 25! 🙂

Hi Mimi, thanks for pointing that out!

I’m only human, so mistakes will creep in 🙂

The biggest reason for the maths exam being hard was because of the way the questions were worded which completely confused me.

I spent more time trying to read the questions and figurie out which topic it was about, rather than answering it.

If they were worded nicely like this I would’ve aced it.

Which one of these topics are for non-calculator?

any topic can be on any paper!

will this work for the newer specs?

Not sure tbh im just watching this now

@Rehan *_* gcse in less than 70 days and im revising now :O

Will we ever see further maths videos..?

Hello, very good video. Do you base your videos completely on the gcse syllabus?

Idk why I’m watching im in year 6 lol

Wow thank you so much. After having done my own revision then watching this has drilled the work in my brain. I have my maths mock tomorrow plz pray for me 🙏🏼🥴🤧

Hi Maariyah, Good luck with your exam I’m keeping all my fingers crossed for you! Please come back and let me know how you get on!

Tysmmm x I was remembering the little quick facts from your video. Three maths papers in one day. Wasn’t easy but got through it. Thanksssss ❤️

who the fuck calls it bodmas

I know it doesn’t say wjec in the title but is this video still relevant to the wjec maths syllabus?

I swear I have to study more than I’ve been taught in class.

I want to cry.

Think I’m the only person not watching this before my exam

Even high school maths is hard for me so I dropped out but now I am going to college I have to be serious about this if I want my GCSEs this video helped me study a lot! Thanks!

I’m in year 10 (Starting my mock exams) and this has helped me understand everything so much

Very helpful.thank you!

Who failed year and is back again

We need more

1:16:20 why couldn’t u just times by four 😂

I’ve missed a year of school coz they used to pick on me (the teachers) then I got put in another school and they used to make fun of my size and the fact I’m a late bloomer (again the teachers) and I’m starting a new special school so I’ll just inge watch this

32:30 bookmark

Everyone’s saying they are revising 1 day before I’m learning a year before

Thanks! Learnt all I know from this video……from a Maths teacher!!

Maths give me anxiety that’s why i try to avoid it all the time😭😭

hi primrose – i was wondering if you would be able to make a video for aqa level 2 further maths gcse? thanks 😉

Some examples are incorrect but the information itself is right. If you disagree place the time in the comment and ill reply

Would this video work at all for CCEA (higher tier)?

Thanks

Apparently if someone dies in the exam you get your target grade, anyone wanna take it for the team?

immalogangster lol 😂

Hey

Primrose Kitten is literally my savior thank you so much!!!

hello, for increasing prices you can add the interest to 100 and divide that number by 100 and then times that value by the amount you are looking to increase. worth a mention as a shot cut to 1:20:45

11:48 The answer is not 2.7×10^7. It is 2.7914×10^7 or better 2.8×10^7 (1 d.p.)

are these all the topics we need to know for gcse paper 1?

Hi iman, this video is a short summary and can never cover everything in a much depth as you go into in class (full explanation https://youtu.be/K6d4oOq-pmU ) If you want to make sure you’ve covered all the bits you need the I suggest you watch this in combination with using my FREE revision guide available on my website https://www.primrosekitten.com/collections I’ve rewritten the specification and it clearly shows you everything you need to know.

I mean I find this annoying coz she goes over the hard ones quickly (annoying) and goes over the easier ones for longer, making me wait there nodding off and therefor getting more, ‘annoyed’. But yet again it is very useful so I thank her for that.

anyone for their GCSE for this may????

Thank you so much, I just got moved from intermediate to higher last week and i need to catch up for the exam 🙂

you made a mistake at 54:38 it should be +3 and -2 not the other way around 🙂

no because +2 is multiplied by 2x and -3 is multiplied by x to get 4x – 3x = x

Hi, you made a mistake at minute 31:34, in division

where ?

square root 6 should be cancelled and the answer is just 3, written in blue @Madi

I Had to go back and watch 7:50 (ish) again cuz she didn’t say 13 lol I was confused just a mistake lol

ah 35-6 days off the first paper.

are you ready?

yes

but i need to revise a bit

Try 14 hours

2 hours now

Grimrose777 nice!! good luck to you too x

Hey, I was wondering whether if you were to just watch the video, and utilise past papers alongside this video alone, you could effectively do great in maths. Does this video scratch the surface of the edexcel specification, or would this information said be enough to do well in maths, and revising from the revision guide wouldn’t be necessary as much.

Thank you.

Craig Bukenya and mathsgenie

Getting my brain to work lol so I can sit maths assessment at age of 26,😑 maths feels like a language I can NOT understand 😭😭🤣

Sorry!! This might sound really rude but isn’t the LCM of 9 and 12 36 not 24? Sorry if I’m wrong. Love your videos!!

nope it’s right, because it isn’t 9 and 12, she redid it as 8 and 12 🙂

Madi Codd welp that shows how good I am at maths. Thanks! I was so confused lol

@Ashleigh Gordon no problem it happens all the time to me aha, if you are in the exam make sure to read the question at least 2-3 times so you know what to do 🙂

Anyone here in Easter holiday?

12:05 Is that correct standard form?

I think so

because you have to count all the numbers after the decimal point, meaning it would count 7,9,1,4,0,0,0 which is 2.7 x 10^7

Love the video am actually thinking about doing a video about this topic

Can you say what you discuss when in the description?

does this help with IGCSE EXTENDED MATH?

is this the specification for all three maths papers? Like is this EVERYTHING or is just the first paper or something?

AT 50:23 IN THE VIDEO 5^2 IS MENTIONED AS 27 WHEN ITS 25.

3:36 You need to simplify further for instance, the first one actually equals to 1 over 2

7:14 You need to use equal sign before moving the number to another side i.e x+4 x=-4

can you make a vid of you going through your predicted papers for higher as even with mark scheme i am struggling with the methods

Is this every single topic?

Hi Ewan, this video is a short summary and can never cover everything in a much depth as you go into in class (full explanation https://youtu.be/K6d4oOq-pmU ) If you want to make sure you’ve covered all the bits you need the I suggest you watch this in combination with using my FREE revision guide available on my website https://www.primrosekitten.com/collections I’ve rewritten the specification and it clearly shows you everything you need to know.

Science and Maths by Primrose Kitten alright Thankyou

54:53 it is not -3 and +2 it is +3 and -2

no because the -3 is multiplied by x and 2 is multiplied by 2x which is -3x+4x = x

wait she didn’t teach fractions in ratios?

Why would you mix the tiers don’t make sense

31:35 Isn’t the answer just 3? Wouldn’t the root 6s would cancel each other out?

last evening of 2019 easter holidays and this is the first of my revision, i am an idiot

Hi Alex, don’t panic it’s never too late to start!! https://youtu.be/mTzrwMDDYFc

With the time we have left the best thing you can do is to watch the long whole topic videos making notes as you go along, pause, rewind and copy down notes and diagrams. I suggest you watch this in combination with using my FREE revision guide available on my website https://www.primrosekitten.com/collections I’ve rewritten the specification and it clearly shows you everything you need to know. Do as many practice questions as you can, I’ve written loads, use past papers, use other workbooks.

Think I can use this for cambridge??My exam is literally a week away

1:10:22

here 20 days before exams start

Around 10-15 now😯😑😀I’m calm though even though I don’t revise

1:44:44

I love your videos! Thankyou so so much x

fwew I made it. Surprised at how much I already know.

23:35

31:40 isnt the answer 3 for the blue pen?

No, she did it correctly.

I’m not sure if root 6 should be there though, since she divided root 6 by root 6.

On 12:07 isn’t it meant to be 2.7914 time 10 to the power of 7

Thank you for uploading this. Edexcel has been really killing me lately and in my recent mock, I went down two grades after focusing on Science too much rather than balancing out my revision, so I hope to get at least a Grade 6 with aid from your videos.

Anyone else WJEC?

God bless you woman.

At 21.06, it’s much easier to multiply the 2×3 = 6 and the square root of 5 by itself = 5, so the answer is 6×5 = 30.

When you’re studying calculus but have to come back here for a quick refresher because your secondary school teacher left you confused 😢

Thank you Primrose Kitten, you must have put so much effort into this! You’ve been a great help all through my time at school and I really appreciate what you do. I’m a visual learner and I’ve yet to find anything more suited for me ^_^

Welp, good luck guys! My first paper for maths is in a week lol 😂🔫

1:10:27

I’m so fucked. Regardless thanks for trying to help out so many people

50:16 (mistake) 27 is not a square number…

I mean I’m in year 9 and like I’m starting to prepare now😂😂

Molly GOOD. I’m in year 10 and I’m properly starting now. But if I were you, I wouldn’t start revising properly until year 10. I mean, obviously you can revise you things you want to remember and know, but don’t to intense revision until mid year 10. Enjoy the time you have stress free. You don’t have to revise so early.

31:28 => (6√ 6)/(2√ 6)=3 not 3√ 6

I got attacked by an app for study pug trying to press on this video

Same

Why exams….

What actually is gcse… i am from other country so dont really know what it is… is it 5 years 2 years of 3 yeats…

Gcses normally start in secondary school and last 5 years, it’s just to see how you compare to the rest of the country and to get into college and university

@Morgan Green It’s a two year course

@Justin Y 2.0 well at my school we start from Yr 7

*_2019_*

anyone else kinda fucked

oh boy here we go

Why does you talking about ‘Balls’ turn me on??

How do I delete someone else’s comment?

@Jaysonfred click delete

Are the papers 1 and 2 and 3 all have the same content but obviously the only difference is using a calculator?

Is anyone able to share?

The content is the same from all three papers!

@Science and Maths by Primrose Kitten Thank you so much lovely 🙂

“Only” clickbaiting teachers

A third plus a sixth is a half not three sixths

I’m in top set maths so I’m expected to get good grades but I just don’t understand like anything??? So thanks for this.

@Melissa Abniki your year is but a fraction of the millions in the UK doing their gcse’s don’t worry about how you compare to your year.

@Kadeer Khan yes but there are still smart people. unfortunatley

Yo i never listened to my teachers now I don’t know wtf to do tomorrow😅😢

@Kadeer Khan when’s ur test

paper 2 this mornin

Is there a way of knowing what’s just on paper 1? Because that’s all I need to revise right now and it doesn’t seem separated.

Don’t think so cuz different topics come up on different papers

No sorry, any topic can come up on any paper!

@Science and Maths by Primrose Kitten Oh, I never knew that, guess it’s time to watch the whole video

I have got my first exam on Tuesday, so I’m desperately trying to study for it in time. So it’s time to revise 5 years worth of maths in 2 hours. Let’s go!!

You can watch this on x1.25 or x1.5 so it doesn’t take 2 hours and you can still understand it x

Alice Wilde I’m watching on x2

@Bob Bob same

spot the mistake at 1:13:44 it’s meant to be divide by 1 million and times by 1 million

1:14:02 check itttt

1:56 wrong symbols you should have put more than first and then less than. I really thought I didn’t understand those signs for a second 😅

Vamos amigos, lo podemos hacer!

After Tuesday, we’ll never have to do mental maths again!

Is it non cal?

…I’m doing it at a-level…thanks for reminding me that I have to put up with maths for the next 2 years 😭😭😭

these kinda people are going straight to heaven

Hopefully I will pass maths and geography thanks to you! They are the only two subjects I failed in my last mock!¬

Well, I guess I am here again XD

nah i’m actually going to fail

yeh, you probably are with that attitude!

27.02 …. yes.

anyone else trying to cram Tuesdays exam just me ?

See you all at the retakes

im stressing i have geo and maths on the same day and im not sure how l should split my time! can someone give me tips

I have the same!

Depends on what your priorities are. I’m assuming you’re doing both on Tuesday if you’re doing aqa. I’d say go over the content for geography today so you know everything and practice questions tomorrow, but tomorrow prioritise practice questions for maths. Good luck.

Who else is here for Tuesday

here ready for tuesday ah

who’s here for Tuesday??

im doing my gscs

My Math GCSE is tom and this vid acc was of gud help for revision (although i skipped a few parts)

1:46

Watching this in prep for Tuesday… Who’s failing 🙋♂️🙋♂️🙋♂️

me

@Samina Doulatzai good luck 💯

u know how it is bro

@JG7 fam manz gave up on this video hours ago 😔😂

im terrified

Wish me goodluck on my maths exam guys

2:01:56 we have four red bulls

My method for factorise ax2 + bx + c equations may be easier for some to understand.

2x^2 + x – 6

Multiply a and c : 2 * -6 = -12

Find two factors of this that add to make the value of b and substitute : here it would be 4x and -3x so substitute this and get 2x^2 + 4x -3x -6

Then simplify first and second half separately : 2x (x + 2) -3(x + 2) you will know if you’ve done this correctly as the two brackets are the same

Then place the numbers outside the bracket into a bracket next to the original bracket and it is solved : (2x -3) (x + 2)

is this for paper 1 maths higher gcse edexcel paper

no this is the whole spec, but just apply some common sense, and u will find that they can’t ask stuff like complex compound interest questions in a non calc paper 1. Good luck!

@Yaamir thanks

great revision looks like im gonna slay that maths paper 😀

maths paper 1 tomorrow thanks so much for this xx

lol same,good luck

that exam was awful

Looking at this for tomorrow!🙏🏻

I love how in the comments you see each generation of GCSE students go by and you realise that they were struggling just as you are and everybody goes through the same thing. Those past students are doing their A-Levels right now. It’s crazy.

Not sure how this came up in my recommendations now, but I watched this back in 2017 to do last minute revision for my GCSE’s and am now going to uni next month. These videos were an absolute lifesaver.
