Wouldnβt the mean be 30 pins on average because you cannot have 0.2 of a pin. Sorry if Iβm wrong. Also would i get a mark for that in an exam for just saying 30.2 or would 30 pins be the correct mean ?

30.2 is the answer, unless specified to round you donβt do so, unless of course it is about context when looking at βhow many tins of paintβ to buy etc! πππΌ
